Orders are accepted and processed within the limits of our available stock. In the event that an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding its availability and the preparation of the package. (It can sometimes happen that a product is sold at the same time on another platform.)

3. Livraison

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Les remboursements seront traités dans les 7 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de l’article retourné. RelicZone accepte les retours uniquement si le produit ne correspond pas à l’article envoyé (par exemple, s’il s’agit d’un autre article). Si l’article est incomplet, échangé ou endommagé par l’acheteur, aucun remboursement, même partiel, ne sera accordé.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under specific conditions and must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item. RelicZone accepts returns only if the product does not match the item sent (for example, if a different item was delivered). If the item is incomplete, swapped, or damaged by the buyer, no partial or full refund will be issued.
