Delivery area: Metropolitan France

Carriers used: La Poste, Mondial Relay, Colissimo or any other carrier depending on the size and value of the package.

Shipping Times: Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier chosen.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order. Free shipping from [amount to be defined, e.g.: €100 purchase] (optional).

Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is shipped, so you can track the progress of your order with complete peace of mind.

Shipping costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Free shipping for orders over [amount – eg, €100] (optional).

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return conditions: The product must be returned in its original condition, complete, clean and carefully protected. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on my part (non-compliant, defective product, etc.). After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be made within 5 working days via the initial payment method.

How to return: For any return request, send an email to reliczone@laposte.net specifying:

  • your order number,
  • the article(s) concerned,
  • the reason for your return.
A return address will be provided to you in response. Please ship the package within 14 days of your request.

Exceptions: Items sold "as is," incomplete, or marked as non-functional are not eligible for return unless there is an obvious error in the description. Custom orders or orders made to order are non-refundable.

  • the reason for the return.
You will then receive the return address by email. Please ship the item back within 14 days of your request.

Exceptions: Items sold “as is”, incomplete, or explicitly listed as non-functional are not eligible for returns unless the product listing contains an error. Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded.
